Iced Raspberry Protein Mocha Shake!
Workout in the morning? If your answer is yes, then you may have a tougher time fueling before you hit the weights simply because it's hard to jump out of bed, eat breakfast, and then head straight out the door without avoiding stomach upset. But you should never perform strength training on a completely empty stomach. Here is a great way to feed your muscles and give your energy to pump out that morning workout!
• Brew one cup of coffee and cool.
• 1.5 scoops Chocolate Whey
• 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
• 1/4 c frozen raspberries
• 4-6 ice cubes
Blend.
