Pre-Workout Mango-Strawberry Shake
Ready in 5 minutes, Serves 1
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup skim milk (or almond or soy milk)
1 scoop vanilla whey
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
