Shakeology Frozen Oat Bar Recipe: 


1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1/4 cup natural peanut, cashew or almond butter
1/2 banana
1/2 cup rolled oats, cooked and cooled

HEALTHY Peanut Butter Protein Cups

Ingredients:

2 Tbspn All Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
2 tsp cocoa powder, baking unsweetened
1.5 cup Oatmeal 
2 Tbspn Ground Flax Seed
½ cup water
1 scoop Shakeology, Chocolate
1 cup powdered non-fat milk

Directions:

In stand mixer, add all ingredients. It will come out as a thick, heavy mixture. Spread onto waxed paper and form into an inch thick brick, wrap tightly. Chill and cut into 8 bars.

Serves 8, Calories 139, Fat 4.4 g, Carbs 17.5 g, Protein 7.8 g

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango

Exercise doesn’t have to be difficult and you don’t have to be athletic to do it.  Just taking a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes each day can make you look and feel better. 

Here are 8 health benefits to exercising 30 minutes a day:

1. Manage Your Weight.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don't need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits, you can benefit from just 30 minutes of exercise per day!

2. Reduce Your Blood Pressure.

Exercise can help you lower your blood pressure by as much as 5 to 10 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). Combine exercise with a healthy diet and you can reduce it by even more!
